As training and continuing education are of great benefit to the quality of patient care services in the medical center, the Medical Center at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, in cooperation with the Department of Learning and Career Development at the university, organized a specialized training course for the medical staff in the center entitled "Patient Care" at Aloft Dhahran Hotel presented by Taif Arabia for Education and Training.

The training course focuses on four axes of patient care: belonging and ethics, emotional intelligence, communication and dealing with various types of behavior, and developing a sense of embracing and friendship for the beneficiaries of the medical center.
