The Public relations operates to provide all patient administrative and technical services For all medical center beneficiaries and seeking to improve aspects of health care and services provided And manage complaint and suggestion processes.


  • Coordination between the groups benefiting from the service and the medical staff when needed.
  • Receive complaints and observations and direct them according to the system followed in that.
  • Define and explain the list of rights and duties for patients, companions and visitors.
  • Responding to inquiries of the beneficiaries of the service, either by phone, directly or by e-mail.
